Progress this week on the adobe house. Kenny, Nate, and Dakota poured the footers and laid all the block for the foundation’s exterior stem walls. Access all the way around the building is a little tricky for the concrete trucks, so a concrete pump was required for the footers. The stem wall used just 3 yards of concrete, so they opted to do it the old fashioned way and mixed and moved all that concrete by hand. Stem wall insulation, interior footers, the radiant heat system, and the slab are on tap for the next couple weeks.
